Larrea tridentata

Death Valley, CA, USA, April 5, 2010

It was a beautiful April afternoon when crossing the Death Valley with my friend George, we stopped at a spot to make pictures of the distant sand dunes. A few meters from the road I found however several Larea bushes, which attracted my atention much more than the dunes. For George this was strange enough to record it with his camera, and here it is one of the rare pictures of myself shooting flowers.
